1. RESERVATION
Please return the rental contract, dated and signed – accompanied by a 30% deposit UK cheque made payable to Steven Collins. This deposit is to be calculated at the exchange rate of 1.25 euros to £1.00GBP.This cheque will be returned to you on your departure (see No. 3)
On receipt of the rental contract, accompanied by the 30% deposit, you will be sent a full inventory, detailed map and instructions on how to find the property - together with an invoice showing the full rental amount.
In the case of cancellation by yourselves: the 30% holding deposit is non refundable.
2. PAYMENT
The total rental amount is to be paid in euros at the time of arrival.
3. DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGE, BREAKAGES AND MISSING ITEMS
This holiding deposit is a guarantee against breakages, missing items or excess cleaning of the chalet/mobile home*. The holding deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay – of which a deduction may be made*.
4. HOURS OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The period of stay is as indicated on the booking form.
Each rental week commences from Saturday 3pm and vacation must be made by Saturday 11am.
5. ANIMALS
Animals are accepted on the condition that they have an up to date vaccination certificate, have been microchipped or tatooed and are kept on a leash.
6. The under-signed declares to have understood and accepted the general rental conditions and declares also to conform to the internal rules of the campsite.
